Experience powerful firsthand insights on social, economic, and environmental sustainability as Lund University students return from fieldwork across the world. Join a dynamic session where real stories and sharp perspectives bring global sustainability challenges to life through student research.

This event focuses on global sustainability challenges based on the field studies conducted in low- and middle-income countries by Lund University’s Minor Field Studies scholarship recipients. Through presentations and a panel discussion, led by a moderator from Lund University, we address issues related to social, economic, and environmental sustainability – for example, climate-related vulnerability, sustainable water management, health and gender equality.

The event will be held in English.

The participants have conducted their field studies in conjunction with their bachelor’s or master’s thesis course at Lund University during autumn 2025 or spring 2026 and have recently returned to Sweden.
